Return and Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON BUY IN ORDERS. If you order one of the buy-in items, you cannot expect to be able to exchange or return.
There will be no refunds given for things that have to be shipped. If your items are damaged, you have a 7-business day, time frame to process a return.
If you need to exchange for a different size or something else, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and will have to pay for shipping to ship new item out. If you item is defective or has a foul odor (example: cigarette smoke) your item will not be returnable.
All items purchased can be exchanged within 7 business days from purchase date. No refund will be given. Only store credit.
Extended returns for Christmas 2022: Items purchased as gifts between 12/01/22 and 12/24/22 can be returned or exchanged until 1/13/2022. This does not include Christmas themed items. Christmas themed apparel, jewelry, bags, tumblers, cups, toys, etc, are final sale and will not be able to be exchanged or returned.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot make exchanges on items that are damaged or shrink in the laundering process. please take note of the care tags in all items before washing them. Shoes must be in original box with us. If items are returned worn, or with a foul odor such as smoke, with makeup or deodorant stains, damaged or beyond the 7-day return period, we have the right to refuse to issue a refund and you will be invoiced for shipping to have the items returned to you.
